An added benefit to choosing clear aligners over braces is the ease of maintenance. Follow these simple instructions to care for your aligner trays and teeth during treatment.
Remove to Eat
Your aligners are removable and should be taken out before eating. Be sure to place your clear aligners in a protective case during mealtimes to prevent accidentally damaging or losing them.
Maintain Oral Hygiene
Practice good oral hygiene by brushing and flossing your teeth as normal. After mealtimes, either brush your teeth or rinse thoroughly with water before putting your clear aligners back in.
Clean Aligners
Clean your aligners by brushing with a soft-bristled brush and a mild soap or non-abrasive toothpaste. Be sure to rinse with cool or warm water, not hot, as hot water can warp your aligners.

I came in to get a cleaning and the dental assistant Brianna Giddens was so nice taking off my rubber bands because i have braces and she was so nice putting them back on with no problem she offered me a blanket and water they are awesome ! Highly recommended
